Which chats can I analyze?
You can analyze exports from WhatsApp (iOS & Android) and Telegram. Export the chat in the respective app and import the file into Keep — or paste the text directly.
Are my chats stored?
No. Your chat data is processed solely for the analysis and not stored permanently. The analysis also deliberately never extracts contact details like phone numbers or email addresses. It runs only with your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can revoke at any time.
Is this free?
AI Chat Analysis is a Keep Pro feature. Keep is free to start — the AI analysis is part of Keep Pro. You can use all other core features right away and for free.
How do I export a WhatsApp chat?
In WhatsApp, open the chat, tap the name at the top, scroll to "Export chat" and choose "Without media". Then import the resulting file into Keep. In Telegram the export works similarly via the chat menu.
Does anything get saved automatically?
No. You always get an editable preview and select, chip by chip, what is added to the profile. Without your selection, nothing is saved.
